Lake Barrington Real Estate Has Lots to Offer Sometimes I have to chuckle to myself and today was one of those days. I have just helped some buyers make a succesful offer on an Arlington Heights home and the Realtor and I were working out logistics of delivering paperwork and checks. I haven't forgotten the Inverness homes for sale and sold market report due at the beginning of October and I do apologize for the delay. Sometimes things just get in the way, I am sad to say our family suffered a loss and we have all been dealing with that in our own way. As I start this post I almost wonder before I do my research what the results will show me. Why, well I guess it's because I watch the Barrington real estate sales and new listings every day and in my mind I have a note to self about how many homes there are for sale in Wynstone in the price around $800,000. My recall tells me it's a lot.

Lake Barrington Shores - 3rd Quarter Market Report; Ticking Along. - 10/21/11 12:54 PM
It's high time I published the third quarterly report for Lake Barrington Shores. We are more than half way through October and if I don't get it done today I might miss it completely. So here goes.
Let's first take a look at rentals. If you recall last quarter I mentioned that rentals in Lake Barrington Shores were hot properties. At the time of writing last quarters end there were only 2 available. As of today there are now 10 available. That's still under average but at least there is a little more choice.

As Realtors we tell you to keep your listed house clean and tidy. If you don't know by now it's, curb appeal, location, price. A well presented and positioned house in the market will attract buyers and bring you an offer, maybe two.

Terramere Arlington Heights is an established neighborhood at the north of the city just south of Lake Cook Road and on the west side of North Arlington Heights Road. A subdivision of larger homes, Terramere is close to schools with children attending Longfellow Elementary, Cooper Middle and Buffalo Grove High School.

The sun was shining, the temperature perfect and all in all a great day to go for a walk down memory lane in Arlington Heights this morning. When my family arrived in the USA back in 1996 we came on a visa and needed a home to rent for the first 2 years. We found the perfect home for our family in Creekside Arlington Heights, a subdivision close to Nichol Knoll Park and 9 hole golf course.
