Time to take some of the mystery out of the sailboat versus powerboat description often used to describe waterfront real estate (in Southwest Florida) and it's suitability for boating.

Do you think that the media could possibly have perpetuated the fear that what happened in New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina can happen in Florida at any time.  I can't begin to imagine the number of people from inside and outside of Florida or even in other countries who have decided to steer clear of Florida because they equate Katrina as a daily possibility if you choose to live in Florida.

So which one has made your life and your work much easier and more productive?
I have basic needs.  Give me a cell phone that I can use to surf the net, manage my contacts, take pictures and video, open lock boxes, text, voice mail, email, blue tooth, speakerphone, voice dialing...  OK, I know I'm asking a lot!  Buying a new cell phone is a lot like buying a car today.  There are so many options and often some of the options you need are not on the phone that you want.  I have bad vision for reading so voice calling is a must but … (4 comments)
