WHEN FAMILIES RELOCATE—INFORMATION ON FUN ACTIVIITES FOR THEIR KIDS CAN BE MOST APPRECIATED - 02/11/10 09:20 PM
Relocating can be very stressful, especially if your clients have children. Parents are not only faced with the task of finding the right school, house, neighborhood, sport teams, church, etc...…..They also need to find fun things for their kids to do. Perhaps giving them information about fun activities for their children will be more appreciated than ever.  Websites about Omaha events and activities don't always include amusement centers, skating, water parks and such. Some suggestions are:

FUN-PLEX COCO KEY WATER PARK
THAT POTTERY PLACE BOUNCE-U
SKATE DAZE MOYLAN ICEPLEX

They are groups welcoming new people who were once new to Omaha themselves. They know what they … (40 comments)

They have an annual pancake breakfast as well as picnics and neighborhood garage sales. It is bordered by Millard West High School to the west, Russell Middle School to the north, and Wheeler Elementary School to the south. There are still a few lots available to build on as well as existing homes for sale. A … (0 comments)

ARMBRUST ACRES---THE IMPORTANCE OF COVENANTS - 02/01/10 02:08 PM

Most home buyers spending over $200,000 recognize the importance of covenants in their neighborhood to assure that the investment placed in their home will continue to appreciate and not decline in value. The monthly or yearly expense of a covenant is minimal compared to the depreciation of home value if a covenant is not in place.

If a covenant is not actively in place, homeowners in the neighborhood are free to:

park trailers, RV’s, boats, inoperable vehicles, etc neglect property maintenance, i.e. painting, roofing, fencing, weeds, etc erect sheds, above ground pools, chain link fences, signage, etc apply … (0 comments)
