Here's a fun way to tell the Easter story of Jesus and his death, burial, and resurrection to your children and grandchildres.

> To be made the evening before Easter

 You need:
> 1 cup whole pecans
> 1 tsp. vinegar
> 3 egg whites
> pinch salt
> 1 cup sugar
> zipper baggie
> wooden spoon
> tape
> Bible

Changes in EPA Clean Air Act Effects on Homeowners - 03/11/10 11:51 AM
By now most of you have heard of the EPA;s phaseout schedule for HCFCs including R22 mandate. 
Effective January 1, 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency, under Title VI of the Clean Air Act, will no longer allow air conditioning equipment that uses the refrigerant R-22 (commonly known by the brand name Freon®) to be manufactured. This new mandate is designed to protect the environment from ozone depleting hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) that can be released through leaks and improper disposal.

One of the unavoiadable costs in our real estate business is gasoline.  While we can screen things on the phone and use the internet, it comes down to gas to drive to a listing and put the sign in the yard, etc.  Or with a buyer to get in the car and view homes.
