Greater Baton Rouge Home Sales Report Ending February 2012 - 02/27/12 11:49 PM
Baton Rouge Real Estate February 19-25, 2012 by Bill Cobb with Accurate Valuations Home Appraisal Group.  76 home sales for the week, less than the 81 the week before.  For the week, 27 sales or 36% of ALL sales were distressed in some form and 64% were not. For 2012, 736 total sales with 46% of ALL sales being distressed in some form and 54% were not.
