I am currently working with a family who is looking for homes in San Mateo County. They are looking for three bedrooms for under $550,000, but it is almost impossible to find any homes. Our inventory is very low. There are practically no Homes available in San Mateo County. If are a First-time buyers, looking for a home and want to close escrow before November 30, 2009 to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit, it will be a challenge. Good Luck!

It is very important to know what documentation are request by the banks when doing loan modification or refinancing; that way when you meet with your Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Lawyer or Loan officer they can collect all the information to expedite the process.  The people helping you have to prepare a package to send to the lender with the following document:
