Gau Poang is a local Chinese food restaurant in San Mateo. I had the pressure of eating here. The restaurant is located just cross street from our Prudential California Realty office. I'm a regular here and always order my favorite dish Mongolian beef; I usually order mild, so the food has a good spicy taste but is not too hot.


They already know what are my favorite dishes, but today for lunch I ordered beef with vegetables and steam rice. The meat was cooked just right the way I like it and the vegetables were crispy and fresh. … (1 comments)

This is good farmer's market, because it has plenty of parking and easy to find. It is conveniently   open every Wednesday and Saturday, but on Saturdays, it gets a little busier than Wednesdays. This farmers' market has become one of my favorite markets in the bay area. What I like are the fresh salads, fruits and the French bread. 5 Stages of Grief in a Short Sale - 03/02/10 03:52 AM
Have a seller who is in stage 3; he wants to stop the short sale process to do a loan modification. Client called me up a couple of weeks ago and asked me to help him to short sale his home. He had a notice of Trustee sale scheduled for this past February 22, 2010. After we manage to get an offer as fast as we could and the lender  stop the Trustee sale, sort sale package sent and  negotiator has been assigned my now my client asked me to help him with the loan modification.
