We were introduced to a site &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.SelectBestRate.com&quot;&gt;www.SelectBestRate.com&lt;/a&gt; yesterday, and many of our agents are refering to them as being deal savers. I understand that it links in with a handful of FHA specialists, and that they have access to&amp;nbsp;a broad broad array of FHA DE manual underwriters that are approving buyers that most loan officers and other mortgage companies can&amp;#39;t. Just thought&amp;nbsp;I would share.&amp;nbsp;All of us agents need help were we can get it, as well as so many of our buyers that really do deserve to own a home.&amp;nbsp;    </content>
