I'm in Atlanta this week to further my Staging training under the teachings of Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging®. I look forward to seeing Barb today through Friday and making new ASP friends. As I arrived at the hotel last night I found some old & new ASP friends in the restaurant - what fun!! I am realizing more & more many Realtors are apprehensive when it comes to approaching their Sellers about Professional Home Staging. Its tough and takes finesse. Myself, I have worked hard and with have practice become better at it. When I get an opportunity to speak to Realtors® my focus these days is to open their eyes & educate them on Staging Scripts. In my working life there is no worse task than filing. That dreaded filing! On a good day/week/month I avoid it like the plague! Today I have to face the mess I call my desk - OMG - it looks like this ---
please support me in my clean up efforts - I am holding each of you accountable. I started the morning with this diaster foremost on my mind yet I haven't turned to tackle it (it's now after 3PM & I want to take a nap)! It's just as easy to stay on the computer and not look to my left! LOL

I recently returned from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals Convention in Bellevue, Washington. I spent time with my ASP family, Learned a lot, Taught a Table Top Discussion, and spent time with Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging®.
At the convention we discussed Home Staging Consultations done on the Internet! What a teriffic concept. I purchased software that can provide to sellers a 3D image of the Staged Setting anywhere in the world.
WHAT DO YOU REALTORS THINK? I know -
