Home Inventory Still Low in Fishers, IN
There are currently 731 homes for sale in Fishers, IN (Fall Creek and Delaware Township).  In these same 2 townships during the last 12 months, 1,410 homes have SOLD.
As the buyer activity has picked up the last few weeks, we are seeing a trend resulting from our low inventory of homes for sale.  Buyers are running out of homes to preview and are starting to see their favorite homes get sold before they make a decision to write an offer.  This is a good thing for our market.
