There are currently 731 homes for sale in Fishers, IN (Fall Creek and Delaware Township). In these same 2 townships during the last 12 months, 1,410 homes have SOLD.
As the buyer activity has picked up the last few weeks, we are seeing a trend resulting from our low inventory of homes for sale. I try to thank God for my blessings everyday, even before my feet hit the floor. There are obvious blessings that come to mind immediately like my beautiful wife, our children, jobs, schools, church, ability to think, learn, walk, talk, etc.......shelter, food, clothes....the list is long....thankfully!
