The average listing price of homes for sale in Verona dropped slightly by .3% from $409,295 last week to $408,176 this week. The median sales price remained at $260,350 for the quarter. There are currently 341 homes for sale in Verona compared to 340 last week.

For the week ending June 17, 2009
The average listing price of homes for sale in Madison made another slight increase by .6% during the past week from $252,398 last week to $253,832 this week. The median sales price for the quarter remained at $204,900. There are currently 2601 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2604. The trend with foreclosures continues to be positive and has been hovering around 150 during the past few weeks.

The median sales price for the quarter remained at $204,900. There are currently 2604 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2596. The trend with foreclosures continues to be positive and broke the 160 mark during the past week.

The median sales price for the quarter dropped from $208,500 to $204,900. There are currently 2596 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2616. The number of foreclosures continues on it’s downward path (yea!) and has been hovering around 170 during the past couple of weeks.
