The average listing price of homes for sale in Verona increased once again by .7% from $416,122 last week to $419,151 this week. The median sales price increased from $262,000 last quarter to $264,000 this quarter. There are currently 329 homes for sale in Verona compared to 330 last week.

The average listing price of homes for sale in Madison continues to hover around the $255,000 range. This past week there was an increase of .7% from $254,454 last week to $256,339 this week. The median sales price for the quarter remained consistent showing $187,300 last week to $187,500 this week. There are currently 2337 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2320.

The median sales price for the quarter decreased slightly from $188,000 last week to $187,300 this week. There are currently 2320 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2348.

This past week there was an increase of .4% from $252,788 last week to $253,877 this week. The median sales price for the quarter decreased once again $190,000 to $188,000 this week. There are currently 2348 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2387.
