realtor: Selecting a Realtor® - 02/17/09 09:49 AM
During my search of homes for sale one day, I came across this article I thought would be useful for people wishing to sell or buy a home...... In a buyers' market, it is important to know the questions to ask a realtor who is about to market your home. Steps Make sure they are familiar with the neighborhood. Forbes.com just released their recent survey results, which list Madison as the best city to find a job. Their findings were based on Madison's job growth and low unemployment rate of 3.5 percent in October, while the national rate was 6.5 percent. The magazine also rated Madison seventh in the country for best (2 comments)
realtor: Show & Sell - 12/06/08 11:34 PM
Make Sure Your Home is Easy to Show! In most areas including Madison and it's surrounding communities, to get your home sold quickly, it’s important that other Realtors® in the area show it to as many potential buyers as possible. The first thing a good Realtor® will do when working with a buyer is talk to them and learn what kind of home they are looking for. Then they will search all the available homes on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other sources for those that most closely match what the buyer wants. Next, the Realtor® puts together (0 comments)
