We sold our client's condo at Christopher at Cedar Lakes in Fairfax today. The lender was Citi Mortgage and over $290,000 was owed. The home sold for $216,000. We ended up having to negotiate back and forth with Citi to ge to the buyers desired price. In the end, we were successful! Congrats to...
