This short sale just got approved and is closing the end of May. We are now 18 for 18 with our short sales successfully being approved and closed. The lender was Bank of America. This short sale took 3 months from contract to close. The seller bought the home for $277,000 in 2007 and the condo sold for $175,000. The seller was forgiven over 120k !!
