The Need For Smart Phones It amazes me in today's world and market, how many Realtors do not use some type of Smart Phone, be it a Blackberry, iphone, or what have you. The technology is there to help make things a lot easier for us and it is frustrating when I have to do a deal with an agent who is still working real estate as if it was 1985.
