  The rain has been falling most of the night!!  Several FACEBOOK friends post have made claims to wet basements. It's nearly the the first of June and I haven't even thought of turning on the sprinkler's at my Draper Home. It's a Wet one for sure! The ground is saturated and the last 3 articles I have read in the Local news has been about water managers concerns over reservoir capacity and current snow pack. Somewhere around 6x our reservoir capacity of water remains in the snowpack above Salt Lake City Homes and property.  Thinking through the following recent chain of events kind of makes me feel like a Rock Star! I'm on the last stop (fingers crossed) of a 5 day tour with some out-of-state buyers. I've shown over 35 Condos or Town Homes, all over the valley, in 4 1/2 days. Draper Short Sales - The Good, Bad and The Ugly in Draper Real Estate! - 05/17/11 06:45 PM
 So I ended last week on a very positive note. I closed with my buyer's on a Short Sale Listing in Draper, located in  Corner Canyon Estates. The home was in fabulous condition. The location? Exactly where we wanted to be and the spacious and lush backyard would entertain most buyer's needs. The Real deal maker was the price. $325,000 and $9000 in closing costs. This was not a Suncrest or South Mountain listing. This home had a very usable, almost 1/2 acre lot with a 3 car garage and on a cul-de-sac. Herriman Homes For Sale? The Real Estate Deals are in Herriman, Ut! - 05/17/11 12:22 AM
 Herriman, Utah in my opinion, is poised to become one of Salt Lake Counties most desirable and well thought out communities! I love to show buyer's property in Herriman and now some of the road construction projects are completed or nearing completion, access to and from Herriman has improved to a mild commute to downtown Salt Lake.
