What is it about Draper Real Estate? I have noticed a trend in the last two years with my buyer's and lead generating programs. I receive a much higher percentage of in State Buyer's or Locals who are looking at homes for sale in Draper, Ut. My Relocation leeds and clients from out of State are much more apt on the initial consultation to inquire about Holladay Homes or Real Estate in Sandy. I know this trend has flaws.
