I seriously have exhausted the inventory. I have spent all weekend viewing Luxury Homes in Draper, Ut priced between $500,000-$800,000 except for the exclusive few short sales in Draper that seem near impossible to set an appointment for a showing. Does anyone else have a harder time setting appointments for short sale listings? Either the Real Estate Agent never returns my call or The owners can't accomodate.. a little frustrating when you have buyers requesting 48 hours in advance. Wow, it has been a very active week in Salt Lake City Real Estate.. I have shown homes to clients every night until way past dinner. My kids have even missed me a few nights. So what are my thoughts? With the trouble in Egypt all over the news it reminded me of a lead I received a few months ago from our IDX website. We have many user's register under false names and number's but this one was really unusual. Cairo, Egypt was the address of registered user.
