We were happy to see the Journal News write up Prudential Rand's new "Make Your Move" program as part of their "Business in the Burbs" section. We believe that this program is unprecedented throughout the country: never has a broker ever backed up the statement "we believe it is a good time to buy" with a guarantee that if the home goes down in value, we will waive our future listing commission.
