Are there any home buyers out there still? This is still a great time to invest in the real estate market. Home values are still low making it easier to get a home of your dreams at a low cost. The first time home buyer tax credit is available to those who qualify. There is still a lot of great oppourtunities out there to purchase a home at a great price.
