I am very excited and optimistic with what is taking place in Palm Coast. This past year, 2009, has seen a dramatic increase in Buyer traffic and sales. Inventory has somewhat stabilized and prices are holding their own. I have had 4 recent closes and another on Friday....NOT ONE is Short Sale and 4 are First TimeHomebuyers. Let's keep this machine rolling!!

Jordan Surfing- Flagler Beach I am feeling good about the coming year. There were 17 properties that went pending in Palm Coast in December. In January, that number went to 81, and in February, that number jumped to 459. more
