butane lighter accident: BBQ Safety Tip! “Warning Exploding Lighter” - 04/25/12 02:50 PM
I just had to re-blog this article from John McCormack as he had a near miss with a butane gas lighter and it was pretty scary.  I use these butane lighters on my outside barbecue and luckily this has never happened to me.
So glad John and his family are fine but read and learn what not to do!
