Long before Trulia had Realtor profiles, I started putting all my listings on Zillow (10 years +) along with a detailed profile and had recomendations from past clients. My words to them last night were "Sometimes you have to (17 comments)

3 Mile Walk on Cruise Ship to Support Breast Cancer Awareness While on vacation recently, our ship observed the fight for breast cancer survivors so many of the 2,950 guests bought shirts and we did a 3 mile walk on the top deck for 24 laps. It was fun and such a good cause. They had a big pink ribbon at the start of the event and our Captain cut the ribbon and the crew walked first mile with us. Everyone cheered us on and had a good time. While I walked, I thought of many I had lost too soon (12 comments)

The weather is warming up and rattlesnakes are waking up and creeping around so beware. In San Bernardino Count, the rattlers of San Gorgonio Pass emerge from hibernation; authorities are dealing with frequent medical emergencies when the venomous snakes and people fail to keep away from one another.
The California Poison Control Center records about 800 bites (15 comments)

Neither Rain, nor Snow nor Sleet Could Stop Mail Delivery but EMAIL Has
Neither rain, nor snow nor sleet nor gloom of night stays these couriers from their appointed rounds!! This is the unofficial postman motto we have all known for many years. But with the excess use of “Email, Scanners and Fax Machines” the delivery of the mail has reduced drastically. Companies like FedEx and UPS have also caused a major reduction of mail and packages being handled through the USPS.
On August 5, 2013, the U.S. Postal Service announced it will stop (7 comments)
