SubCrime mortgages make 60 minutes, finally!
We are so lucky here in Wake County, whatever foreclosures we see are a drop in the bucket. I have seen markets across the country as bad or worse than Stockton CA, featured in 60 Minutes.
It is heartbreaking, people that are making their payments are watching their homes go down in value buy hundreds of thousand of dollars. CNN showed a subdivision in Rochester MI where there were 4 foreclosures on one short street, the homes were bought for $700,000 and are now selling in foreclosure for $390,000. I am not going to fake it, opening a new real brand in a brand new area is no joke. Wow what a tough couple of months!
I have been working with Harley Rouda Jr, CEO of Real Living Inc, on this business model for about 14 months now, the first 10 months were endless conference calls with attorneys and business leaders from our industry building a correct model. What we doing has never been done, in an area we have never been!
When I took the assignment to "develop and build the Partners Model and prove its viability" everyone thought I might be nuts.
