I have been dry too long, I come back and everything is different!
Leesa changed her picture, man, that was the coolest picture ever.
I got passed in Wake County Rankings! Dang, all that work and for what!
There are blogs about nothing on localism, seriously Bueller. The Neighborhoodpedia is danger of jumping the shark already, brutal situation+large scale= tough problem to solve. If you were smart enough to build it you are smart enough to fix it. Happy to help.
Active Rain has T-shirts! Actually it may be Localism, anyway something different. (Way to go Svec!)

Do You Have a Recruiting Plan or a Recruiting Practice? - 10/02/08 06:58 PM
I have been trying to put our recruiting plan to paper and submit to my boss. This sounds so easy, but I am very unorthodox. So I am looking to favorite people from my favorite brand for help.  Recruiting is the foundation of our business, not body count, recruiting quality people. I only mention that because I use to be guilty of using words like "puppy mill" and "body shop" (to come clean I once had an 8x4 foot sign that read "Agents in Training" in front of a competing brokers store).
