My name is Rick Blackshear in Griffin, GA. My son, Jordan Blackshear is currently serving with the HHC 2 /121 United States Army in Afghanistan- Operation Enduring Freedom. We are so very proud of Jordan and the bravery he and his unit display on a daily basis.

The new Beaumont Chevron/Extra Mile finally opened on Thursday, December 17th. 'Bout time too! Not that they took too long to build it, I just could not wait!!!! It was a great inconvenience traveling to Calimesa or Yucaipa, or Highland Springs to gas up. I could of gone the the gas station on Cherry Valley Blvd, but that was out of the way too.

Quick scenario. We took a listing this past week in Fairway Canyon, in Beaumont CA. We did our job and pulled comparables from sold properties within the area. Compared square footage, distance from subject, etc. and so on...
