Fidelity National Financial Title Insurer Says "REO Buyers Not At Risk"
In the wake of the robosigning debacle of JP Morgan Chase, GMAC, and Bank of America, causing the mortgage servicers to halt foreclosures in the 23 judicial foreclosure states (which does not include California), comes a statement from the largest title insurer in the country.
Fidelity National Financial says in a company statement:"FNF believes that these policies will not result in additional claims exposure to FNF because the new owners and their lenders would have the rights of good faith purchasers which should not be affected by potential … (2 comments)

Ouch!!!! My Leg Hurts From Taking Listing Pictures!!!!
Recently I gained some very good advice from Deena Cottingham, Home Stager & Photographer,in Calgary, AB. In her ActiveRain blog post The least you can do with your Real Estate photos, is get them straight! she taught me how to take listing pictures that didn't seem so, um, crooked! And considering listing picture's purpose is to entice buyers to view the property, that is a very important lesson for me.
