Not intending to offend Seasoned Agents since they are my Source of Strength, Backbone, Guidance & WEALTH of Information, but not everyone is PERFECT, and we can ALWAYS DO BETTER, young or old. I was always an upbeat child, interested in people. Social & Energetic, Warm and inviting, it wasn't hard to for someone like myself to adjust to this business. I gave more of my TIME and ATTENTION and it was all in the NAME of RECIPROCITY that others gave back, in form of referrals, friendships, relationships for life. I love details and systems. With the wave of pessimism.... we sometimes overlook that with recession comes great opportunities. My business partner, Marc Brodeur, often reminds me of the common adage to buy low and sell high. He then goes on to mention, "but, Annabelle, do they ever really do this?" The point he made was shocking. With the home prices at their lowest, buyers and investors alike are not taking the very best deals offered to them.
