Not intending to offend Seasoned Agents since they are my Source of Strength, Backbone, Guidance &  WEALTH of Information, but not everyone is PERFECT, and we can ALWAYS DO BETTER, young or old. My mentors and friends ALWAYS told me to learn from their mistakes so I can do better in this business. Isn't it TRUE that its not always YOUR experience that you can learn from?

With the wave of pessimism.... we sometimes overlook that with recession comes great opportunities.  My business partner, Marc Brodeur, often reminds me of the common adage to buy low and sell high.  He then goes on to mention, "but, Annabelle, do they ever really do this?" The point he made was shocking. With the home prices at their lowest, buyers and investors alike are not taking the very best deals offered to them.  Fear prevents them from buying low (it might go lower, oh no!) and euphoria (it will go higher!) prevents them from selling high.
