With the wave of pessimism.... we sometimes overlook that with recession comes great opportunities. My business partner, Marc Brodeur, often reminds me of the common adage to buy low and sell high. He then goes on to mention, "but, Annabelle, do they ever really do this?" The point he made was shocking. With the home prices at their lowest, buyers and investors alike are not taking the very best deals offered to them. Fear prevents them from buying low (it might go lower, oh no!) and euphoria (it will go higher!) prevents them from selling high. This occurs in all markets,
