Although we have all been suffering from the downturn in real estate sales, I guess

I can consider myself fortunate that I have changed my focus to listing and selling condos in

the highly popular Nanuet, New York suburb of New York City. The main reasons I believe that these

Nanuet condos are still popular is that their location is excellent to major highways and public

 transportation coupled with the fact that Nanuet offers some of the best shopping in Rockland County.

This has attracted many first time home-buyers along with empty nesters who want to stay in the county

but need better access to life's everyday comforts and necessities.

   The condos complexes themselves have tried to cater to many new buyers by becoming FHA

approved and keeping the MOA charges at reasonable rates. Taxes are good in comparision to

other areas, making Nanuet a desirable spot.

   So call me if you have plans to move out of NYC to a more suburban and affordable place to

live which is still only about 45 minutes from downtown Manhattan!
