Real Estate in East Valley AZ

Last year I put a plan in place to try and make my Real Estate business as paperless as possible.  I believe that I have made great strides, but have yet to go completely paperless.  I guess the biggest thing that prohibits a completely paperless business is that some banks, as sellers, will not accept electronic signatures.  Another stumbling block is needing to provide prospective buyers or even myself with a list of the homes and details about the homes that we are visiting.  In the near future, I plan to purchase an iPad, which I am hoping will get me all the more closer to being completely paperless in my business.

The tools that I currently utilize to have my business paperless are DocuSign and MetroFax (Virtual Fax).  I currently rely on my smartphone to pull up data wirelessly, but it is not as easy or effective as having my laptop open.  This is where the need for an iPad or similar device will help out immensely, in my mind.
