I am certain that Arizona is not the only place where many homeowner's are underwater on their home.  Seemingly, if we bought at the height of the market, our homes may never be worth as much as we currently owe, unless we put sizable down payments on the purchase.  I worry about the homeowner's that don't know they have options.  Many have chosen to let their homes go to foreclosure, because they didn't know that other options are available.

- Having a smartphone certainly makes things a lot easier for me in Real Estate.  I currently use the Blackberry Torch and it seems to be a good phone for me.  I am able to access the MLS, get emails, text messages, etc.  Also, I believe that I am able to sign off on documents that I have uploaded to DocuSign.  If anyone else has feedback on a smartphone that they believe is better for all of this stuff, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.  I have found some good videos on the phone … (2 comments)
