Real Estate in East Valley AZ Last year I put a plan in place to try and make my Real Estate business as paperless as possible. I believe that I have made great strides, but have yet to go completely paperless. I guess the biggest thing that prohibits a completely paperless business is that some banks, as sellers, will not accept electronic signatures. If only every Real Estate transaction went smoothly, how nice that would be!!! Unfortunately, a completely smooth transaction is rarely the case. No matter how prepared we are, there always seems to be hurdles to jump, whether it be with the buyer's loan, issues discovered in a title search, issues found after an inspection, etc. I like this contest and I look forward to reading about problems that other Realtors have overcome. Cell phones have become so much more than just a phone. I can remember thinking that I could do without a smartphone, but now that I have had one for a number of years, I am not sure how I could live without it. I know that I could, as I did before, but now that I am in the Real Estate business, my smartphone has become invaluable.
