The stingrays are back for an annual visit to the Phoenix Zoo. A controversial art project is slated to be constructed in downtown Phoenix Arizona with completion slated to be early 2009. The project is a "floating sculpture" and will cost $2.4 million dollars. The concept is a floating sculpture of a saguaro cactus blossom. It is slated to be constructed at Van Buren Street and Central Avenue in Downtown Phoenix.
