Arizona Welcomes Canadians and Other Out-Of-State-Buyers - 06/03/10 07:36 PM
Canadians love Arizona. According to a new report published in the Arizona Republic, Canadians are now the dominant group of out-of-state buyers. In April 2010 there were 405 Canadians who bought Phoenix-area houses according to the Information Market. While Canadians have now become the dominate buyers from outside of Arizona, overall about one-fourth of the people who bought homes in metro Phoenix during April weren't from Arizona. So Arizona, its warm sunshine, golf courses, and currently low real estate prices are attracting lots of buyers. To read more about this recent report visit the article on the Arizona Republic.
