Gold Canyon Arizona home sales for September 2011 were down from the August 2011 sales figures. The average price per sq foot of homes sold was also down from prior months reports, for both “traditional” sales, as well as “distressed” sales.
There are some excellent opportunities for anyone interested in purchasing property in the Arizona market right now.

Phoenix Arizona Home Sales Stats-September 2011 - 10/26/11 07:18 PM
We posted information about the various communities throughout the Phoenix Arizona area on our Benjamin Realty LLC blog, showing the average price per square foot for homes that sold during the month of September 2011.
If there is good news to report, it's that nothing much is changing in terms of prices for the past several months. Community areas that are showing prices downward are only down from prior months in many cases by mere pennies, or a few dollars.
