In the past few weeks a number of notable conversion projects have taken price reductions ranging from $5,000 up to $30,000 with most of the reductions being around $10,000 to $15,000. What seemed dead a few weeks ago is being given a second chance. The Senate has attached the condo conversion bill to another affordable housing measure. I like conversions, reusing existing structures to meet the demand for home ownership, particularly for first-time home buyers.
