An established but quite, residential neighborhood, Home to Anthony Middle School and Kenny Elementary, the neighborhood is adored by is residents, but not as well know as many other Southwest Minneapolis neighborhoods. In an effort that would appear misguided at first glance Minneapolis City Council voted June 29th to restrict the size and scale of new construction and remodeling. The unanimous vote seeks to address concerns over so called "Monster Houses" a.k.a "McMansions". While the concerns are highly warranted in many cases, the (0 comments)

Question: Why use an agent, when you can do it all yourself, and potentially save thousands? What is a Realtor's value in today's market? From 1900-1940 people lived, for the most part in close quarters, families members constantly interacting, in homes with just a few rooms. Kingfield is named after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. Located between Interstate 35W on the east and Lyndale Ave. on the west, the northern border is 36th St., and 46th St. on the south. Does media coverage of the market effect the market itself? To some degree I believe it does. I here seller, in particular, tell me that they don't want to sell, because the market is so bad. Then they site a statistic they read in a recent news article. Unfortunately the statistic (5 comments)
