During the "Boom Time" many REALTORS actually sold property without ever viewing the homes, or dealing with a financing issue. Question: Why use an agent, when you can do it all yourself, and potentially save thousands? What is a Realtor's value in today's market? Answerer: Quality representation and good advice is worth every cent. The general public has all the tools necessary to price, sell and buy their own home. Local MLS (2 comments)
