The Edina City Council (ECC) decided not to vote on the proposed moratorium on teardowns at last nights meeting. With respect for the massing and appropriateness concerns, a temporary ban helps no one. Here is one for the Myth Busters! Apparently Lake Nokomis Walleye really do glow in the dark. I've heard this one before and assumed it was, what else, a "fish tail".
