Short Refinance...Why isn't anyone talking about it?? - 07/24/09 07:35 PM
I think short refinance is a brilliant idea... why should homeowners who are having a hard time, be forced out of their homes, if they can afford a mortgage on the appraised value of their home. Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): A Homeowner has a home worth $300,000.00 but owes $500,000.00 on it.... they have a partial loss of income for one reason or another, say one of them lose a job. They either let the home go into foreclosure or sell in a short sale. So, say they decide to go the short sale route....an agent runs the comps, the (0 comments)
My little Rant made it into the Washington Post... - 07/24/09 07:27 PM
I have been following this story, saw the secretary of HUD parade this guy who said, he had a great loan modification and the program works..... Of course they had one.. but what about the rest of the people... wake up..... Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ):
The Refinancing Trap Monday, May 4, 2009 Regarding the April 29 Economy & Business article "Foreclosure Prevention Plan Expanded to 2nd Mortgages": News flash: All of this new housing legislation and all the noise that our lawmakers are generating about helping consumers are not reaching the people most in need. Konnie I feel ya hon.. I was working with a client to refinance, they could not.. too much under water, they called their mortgage company to get a modificaiton, nope on that too... not sure what people are supposed to do.. Making homes affordable... hmmmmm Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): The government has rolled out a program "Making Homes Affordable" they even have them a little website and everything! It's a nice website about how the government wants to help homeowners stay in their homes.....all sounds good right..?? WRONG!! WHAT THEY NEGLECT TO POINT OUT IS....Your lender has to cooperate to (0 comments)
If You Arn't Destitute....BEND OVER!!!! Make WAY... RANT...COMING THROUGH!!!! - 07/24/09 07:15 PM
This is one of my pet peeves also, the propaganda that is the government, running around promoting the programs that don't have any teeth. The banks are not helping people, or at least not many of them. So....she is right bend over. ;) Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): Through all of this mortgage mess, I have realized one very disturbing fact. The people who are doing the right thing, paying their bills, but struggling to do it, are the ones who are getting screwed! YEAH....I SAID IT SCREWED OVER!!! THESE BANKS AND THIS PROCESS SUCK!!! I was on the phone (0 comments)

Reid made the shot... whew! Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): For those of you who don't know what a P.K. is...it's a soccer term... Penalty Kick. These are either taken during a game when a player is fouled "in the box" or they are taken as a means to break a tie. When they are taken to break a tie..you have to understand that it is (0 comments)

I will have to say I was quite impressed with these young men. I have watched them for almost 6 years, they are the most talented, well adjusted kids (now men I suppose) I've ever met. It will be sad not to see them play as a group anymore, as this only comes around once in a lifetime. Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): These fellas, below, are the PWSI fire soccer team. These guys are the most amazing group of young men... They have been playing soccer together since they were young (they are 19 now) Collectively, they are a bunch of (0 comments)
