The NAR Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun believes this tax credit will increase new and existing home sales by 1 million in the next year.&nbsp; What a huge number.&nbsp; This would increase current pace of 5.5 million homes to 6.5 million homes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="http://www.tampabay.com/news/business/realestate/article521982.ece" target="_blank">Bay Area Housing Sales Stabelize</a></p> <p>This article focuses on how the Tampa Bay area housing sales are beginning to stabelize.&nbsp;
