In mid july 2009, I read in the online NAR Magazine a blog by Mike Parker of Compass Internet Systems (Blackwater).  I believed that great success would be possible via SEO.  Here todate I worked mainly by referrals.  I did see one negative comment on Compass, however, I decided to rely on then compass' respectable connection with Internet Crusaders, P2A, etc.

This home was completely renovated with attention to details, and quality materials throughout the home.  The restored woodwork is magnificent, the kitchen spacious, luxurious and practical.   The bathrooms boast designer one of a kind looking vanities...this home is a must see.  This is not one of the cookie cutter new homes we see so often today.

Wow...turned on my BB early this morning and to my delight I got another lead on my website!  As I started reading the note, I became suspicious.  But before I started looking up homes for this "prospect" I did two very wise things.  Read below...what would you have done?
