A good way to start off any week is with a closing.
We have been fortunate in this respect as this was a relatively easy sale/closing as far as sales/closings go.
This town-home is in a beautiful complex called Washington Commons in Washington Township, New Jersey. The complex has recently had major updates done to it's common areas as well as pool and other facilities.
A brand new playground and updated swimming pool are but a few of the improvements done recently.
Below is some of the information on this lovely town-home and it's ammenities.
Thanks to everyone involved.

Fall foliage is about completely over here in New Jersey and the temps are cooling off.
While out showing houses this week I came across a few opportunities to take some pretty shots that I would like to share with all my friends here on Active Rain.
This tree just stood out from amongst the others in the sunlight late in the day.
Spectacular!
Shadows are getting longer as the sun is retreats lower in the sky. Also it's darker earlier due to falling back with our clocks.
I personally love this time of the year. It's gives us a pause to reflect on the past summer and the excitement of the holidays upcoming.
Make it a Great Day!

It was an unseasonably warm November day that year in Piermont, New York. The young couple stood in front of the water and a small gathering of family and friends to exchange vows. It was the happiest day in her life as she gazed upon the smiling young man's beaming face. He too looked happier than words could ever express.
Here eighteen years later neither can hardly believe how time has flown past so quickly in the wink of an eye, as they say. No special grandeur but rather day to day laughing and living just passing the years in one and other's comforting presence. Life has thrown in a knock or two along the way to keep them humble but overall things have been better than ever could be expected.
Those who knew them back then said it would never last but they knew the first time they met that this was to be A Love Story. Happy Anniversary Honey and thank you for making my life so warm and loving! You are my knight in shining armor and I love you!

November has arrived and so has our updated Real Estate Newsletter!
The Fall foliage season is just about over here reaching peak this week in NJ and the temperatures are cooling off a little too quickly for my tastes.
New Jersey is the Garden State.
The market has heated up as the temperatures drop all around the country.
Time is running out for the first time home buyers as well. If you can close in less than 30 to days you could still take advantage of the tax credit but you better hurry. You must be closed by November 30th to still take the credit. It is possible that the credit may be extended but modified a bit. We'll see in the next few weeks about that.
Business is great and I am excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low but are creeping up slowly.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that I think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.
This month's issue includes topics such as:
"Vital Information for First-Time Buyers";
"Relieving the Stress of Packing";
"Making Your Home Age Appropriate Creates Appeal";
"Real Estate Investment Buying Tips";
"Extending Homebuyer Tax Credit Best Tool for Sustaining Housing Recovery";
Plus a roundup of November real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.
I hope you enjoy this monthly newsletter. If you have any comments, please e-mail them to me
