Hi,This week the New Jersey Legislature passed the new budget for Fiscal Year 2010.

The state of New Jersey and NJAR has reported that a tax rebate for homeowners has been reinstated from a windfall that was found by the state after the tax amnesty program yielded a gain in the coffers.Households earning as much as $250,000 will be able to deduct their property taxes from their state income tax filings. Most of us have.  I know we have and when we were getting ready to slap that "FOR SALE" sign in the window, guess what we did?  Well, we did our best to pretty it up.  We may have spent an entire weekend cleaning it out and washing it up.  Looked under the Seats, made sure the Trunk was cleaned out, cleaned out any Ashtrays that may have been used.  Probably even waxed it & windexed the Windows really well so it sparkled!
