Hello everybody ,On my way out the door this morning heading out for my appointments I noticed this icicle forming across my wife's wind chimes... Just thought I'd share it with everyone. Since this must mean that we are actually melting a little bit since the temps came up above freezing for the first time in  a while, this is a good thing. I have to knock down all these icicles now so they don't form an Ice Dam. We don't want that. Have a great warm weekend everyone.....

7 Storms in 5 Weeks | Not A Good Ratio | Bergen County New Jersey - 01/27/11 05:30 PM
Hi everybody As you most likely already know or don't, we have just had another snow storm here in Northern New Jersey.....Our 7th storm in 5 weeks dumping an additional 10-12 inches more snow on us..... Now I've lived here all my life and yes we have had some rough winters but this one is certainly going into my memory banks as a bad one...
Maybe it's because of all the documentation that I'm doing or maybe it's all the snow shoveling I'm doing .....Who knows....I did manage to dig my way out again as I had appointments to get to … (13 comments)

Uh Oh,     here we go again....Well what do you know it's snowing again....          Yes, Yes, it's a very tired and boring song but I am singing it again. La la la la.....
Updated Map:The forecast has been raised to include maybe up to another 6-9 inches for my area now. I just returned from my morning sojourn out into it and it's already causing havoc on the main roads. Hi,As I stated in my last post, it sure is cold around here lately. It's about 5:00 PM here on the East Coast and it never got above 20 degrees.... brrrrrSo it goes without saying that this should be the picture of the day.I think I live on this street today....

Hi everybody ,As I wake up on another frigid morning here in Northern New Jersey, I am wondering what I will do today?

Hi everybody,Some more interesting news came to me the other day.In the midst of all this frigid weather we are currently having here in New Jersey, I received a note from my manager stating that I not only made the top 10 for December of 2010 but also the Top 20 of our office for 2010 in Hillsdale New Jersey.I actually came in at Number 10!  Pretty cool if I must say so myself.... and I must...lol

Hi,As many of you know we have been experiencing an extraordinary winter here in New Jersey with snowfall.As is most of the rest of the country it seems. The only state that doesn't have snow on the ground is Florida I heard today.After having to do all my shoveling out of these two major snowstorms that we received recently, I just wanted to show how this snow has been piling up more and more....This picture was taken after the Christmas Blizzard of  2010 as it's now known as... Hi,Here it is the day after and the snowstorm was not {thankfully} as bad as the last blizzard that hit us the day after Christmas.North and east of us got it a lot worst. Looks like we got around 6-8 more inches. I'm guessing since I haven't gotten out there yet.Here's a shot from my kitchen window.....

Don't put away those shovels.....Don't put away that salt......Here Comes our first big storm of 2011.........
Thankfully it wont be like the blizzard we got the day after Christmas but hey, you never know.....First they said it wasn't going to be windy now they say it will be so the potential is there I suppose..It's not starting till tonight and will continue into tomorrow Wednesday.... woo hoo...Either way my shovel and salt are all ready to go.....Take it slow everybody.I'll let you know tomorrow how this all worked out, meanwhile I'm stocking up with comfort food....
