Hillsdale New Jersey saw Three homes closing in the popular town as the Holiday Season approaches and the temperatures begin to drop. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 90% mark.
The price differential is almost exactly the same as the previous month. The 90% range differential along with the average days on the market at 172 indicates that the Pascack Valley area market has slowed down for the holiday season a little bit.
