For the safety of personnel, deck steps should conform to more recent local municipal standards. Some do. However, most do not. There are several reasons for this. Many steps and handrails were built to older standards that may have been acceptable when the property was built. A classic example of this is the handrail on this set of steps.

Looks like we'll be getting some new snowfall starting in about a few hours from now. As you can see by the radar below, it's just about upon us.Now to go out and make sure my shovels are findable and get the salt ready as well as getting the cars inside so I don't have to clean those off as well...... Hi everyone ,
Holiday Traditions-What do they mean to you? This concept is something that came to mind when, this year, Lisa's older sister decided to pass her traditional Gingerbread Holiday cookie recipe down to our daughter. I mentioned this to a customer of ours who thought it would be nice idea to start a holiday cookie tradition with her little girl. Now I've never been one to make recipes a part of our real estate marketing plan but the idea of starting traditions was something that resonated with me.
